It looks like Charlie Sheen will not be formally checking into rehab today. After agreeing to a plea bargain deal earlier this month in Aspen on charges relating to a domestic incident with wife Brooke Mueller last Christmas- the actor was sentenced to 30-days in rehab and given a 30-day suspended prison sentence.
