Mischa Barton opens Harrods Summer Sale in London

Mischa Barton made a big splash opening Harrod’s Summer Sale in London on Saturday. "It’s really exciting and it should be really fun," Barton told VOGUE.COM before the big shopping event. "Harrods is iconic and a great buy during a blowout sale is a girl’s dream come true.
