Mischa Barton hails a cab with the help from a friend, while also talking on her cell phone in New York City on Monday. Prior to hailing the cab, the two enjoy a lunch on the run – is it Chinese? It looks like she’s holding a bottled tea drink. Mischa is wearing a pretty striped dress with a short sleeve black jacket over that ties at the waist with a gold cord.
